By joining vEXS and accessing our resources, you agree to be bound by our policies and procedures. We require all new pilots to complete a flight within 14 days of joining, after which there are no ongoing activity requirements. Our getting started guide covers the important details regarding our porcedures, activity requirements and reactivation requirements where pilots are removed. We encourage to read it when joing the VA and before contacting our helpdesk. The guide is sent to all new members and can be accessed here. Your data is held by our VA management system, vAMSYS, and their terms and privacy policy can be found here.
